Drashti Jewels
A luxury digital showroom for jewellery, custom design and in-person discovery.
Context
Jewellery at this level is not bought from a grid. It is shown, weighed and explained across a counter, and the decision happens in the room. So the site was designed to behave like the showroom rather than like a shop — it earns the visit, it does not try to replace it.
That changes what every screen is for. There is no cart and no checkout. The material categories come first because that is how people arrive at the counter, the trust signals are stated on the page rather than buried, and the whole journey ends in a conversation on WhatsApp.
The experience
Jewellery chosen the way it should be — in person.
The site reads less like a catalogue and more like the showroom itself: a counter you are invited to, where every piece is shown, weighed and explained before anything is decided.
- In-person discovery · Trust and transparency
- Personal consultation · Showroom-led presentation
- BIS hallmarked gold · Certified diamonds with lab certificate · In-house custom design · Lifetime care & polish
Information architecture
Six ways to begin.
Visitors enter through the material they already have in mind, rather than being pushed into a catalogue-first hierarchy.
- Gold — BIS hallmarked, in everyday weights and karats
- White Gold — solitaires, everyday rings, modern pendant sets
- Diamond — supplied with a lab certificate, read out before you decide
- Silver — payal, chains, rings and gift articles
- Italian — fine, flexible chain work and bracelets
- Colour Stones — emerald, ruby and navratna work, set to order
Customisation
From a sketch to a piece in your hand.
A traditionally offline process, told digitally — so a customer understands the whole journey before the first conversation.
- 01 — Share your idea or reference
- 02 — Design consultation and sketch
- 03 — Approve estimate, metal and stone selection
- 04 — Crafted and handed over at the showroom
Trust & product
Trust before transaction.
Hallmarking, certificates, timelines and old-gold exchange are answered on the page, in the order a customer actually worries about them. Price is on request, quoted at the day’s gold rate over WhatsApp.
- BIS hallmarked gold, stated on the page and not buried in the footer
- Certified diamonds, with the lab certificate read out before a decision
- Kundan Bridal Necklace · 22K gold · kundan
- Solitaire Ring · 18K white gold · certified diamond
- Temple Jhumkas · 22K gold · antique finish
- Italian Link Chain · 18K gold · Italian make
The showroom
A digital experience that leads back to the showroom.
Digital, then discovery, then the showroom, then the consultation. A counter, a cup of tea and time to decide — the site sets that expectation, then gives the address, the two daily shifts and directions in one place.
- Amin Marg, Rajkot
- Mon–Sat · 10:30–1:30 & 4:30–8:30
- A static map image linking out to Google Maps — no live embed, so the page stays fast
Conversion
Enquiry, not checkout.
The visitor leaves a name, a phone number and an interest, and the form opens WhatsApp with the message already written out. Nothing is stored on the website.
- Fields: name · phone · interest · message
- No cart, no checkout — every enquiry is answered by a person at the showroom
- “Luxury jewellery does not need a cart. It needs a conversation.”

What was delivered
Technology note
A responsive front-end built and handed over end to end.
The enquiry form composes a WhatsApp message from the fields and opens it in a new tab. Nothing is stored on the website, which is also why there is no account, no cart and no customer database to protect.
A static map image that links out to Google Maps, instead of a live embed. The page keeps its speed on a phone and loads no third-party script.
