Six stages, and you know where you are in all of them.

The job of a process is to kill the fear of paying and then hearing nothing for weeks. This one is built so that at every stage you have something in your hands.

    Before the estimate

    Discovery

    A call or a WhatsApp conversation about how your business actually runs — what you sell, who will use the system, and what is breaking now. I ask the questions that change the build, not a generic brief form.

    Before any payment

    Strategy & proposal

    The solution written down: what it does, what it does not do, how many screens and pages, and what it connects to. Scope, deliverables, timeline and price all in one document.

    You receiveA written scope, a fixed price and a timeline — agreed before any money changes hands.

    You approve the look first

    Design

    Screens designed before anything is built, so you approve the look and the flow rather than imagining them. Changes at this stage are part of the process, not an extra invoice.

    Updates as it is built

    Development

    I build it myself — the website, the web application, the integrations or the business system. Progress updates go out as sections are completed, so you never have to chase for one.

    You receiveA preview link you can open at any time, and updates without asking for them.

    Before it goes live

    Testing & refinement

    Tested across phones, tablets and desktop browsers, on real devices rather than only in a simulator. Issues fixed and the details refined until it behaves the same everywhere.

    You receiveA build that works on the phone your customers actually use, and your feedback acted on.

    Yours to run

    Launch & handover

    Domain, hosting and deployment set up in accounts registered in your name. Then a walkthrough of how to use and update it, so the system is not dependent on me being available.

    You receiveThe live site or system, the files and credentials, and a handover walkthrough. You own all of it.
