The Meet Ranpara — the founder behind TMR Web & AI, creating premium digital experiences, business systems, and AI-powered solutions for ambitious companies in India and beyond.
For three years I’ve been building websites and business software for real businesses — restaurants, retail showrooms, and companies that had outgrown spreadsheets. Largely self-taught, and still the person answering your messages.
Design and development are both done personally. One person from the first conversation to handover, which is why nothing gets lost in the gap between a designer who draws a screen and a developer who has to build it. It also means I can say honestly when something is a bad idea before it costs you money.
Most of my work starts the same way: someone is running a business on four or five things that do not talk to each other — a billing screen, a stock book, an attendance register, a notebook for the day’s money. The interesting part is not the software. It is working out how the business actually runs, then building something shaped around that rather than around a template.

This is a description of two ways of working, not a claim that one is always right. An agency brings a team, redundancy and capacity that one person cannot — if your project needs five people working in parallel, you should hire five people. What the direct model gives you is fewer layers between the decision and the build.
